Q: Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
No limit. Refer as many as you’d like. Every friend who commits to a pack counts.
Q: Do the three friends have to be different people?
Yes. To unlock the WELL brunch reward, the three pack purchases must come from three different friends – not the same friend buying multiple packs.
Q: Do I have to be an active member to refer?
Yes. KARVE Your +1 is designed for members who love the studio enough to share it.
Q: When do I get my reward?
Rewards are processed once your friend completes their pack purchase (5+ classes). We’ll be in touch with all details.
Q: What if my friend doesn't finish their pack?
No problem – the reward is triggered by the pack purchase, not by attendance completion.
Q: Can I refer someone who's tried KARVE before?
KARVE Your +1 is designed for new members. If your friend is a lapsed member returning after a long break, get in touch and we’ll see how to include them.
